What happens if I have entered the wrong shipping address?Check your details carefully when we send you the order confirmation email. If there are errors in the address provided, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-expedition of said shipment. You can write to us at shop@pilsferrer.com, and if your order has not yet been shipped we can change it.

What happens if the package does not arrive after 72 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation email?If your package has not reached its destination after receiving the shipping confirmation email and the tracking SMS and after the delivery time established for each case has passed (Peninsula 72h, Canary and Balearic Islands 5 working days, Europe 10 working days), you can contact us (shop@pilsferrer.com) during the first 2 weeks from receipt of the email and/or SMS so that we can find a solution. After this period of time, we cannot guarantee 100% the location of the order.
